This Local Control and Accountability Plan for Grossmont Union High School District details how the district will utilize funds to effectively serve its student population, particularly high-needs students. The plan encompasses several strategic areas, including prioritizing student social-emotional well-being and fostering a supportive environment, enhancing student learning through high-quality educational programs and promoting innovation, preparing students for post-secondary success with comprehensive programs and resources, and specifically addressing academic achievement and student belonging within equity multiplier schools.

This Final Report, submitted by the Grossmont Union High School District's Bond Advisory Commission, details a comprehensive strategy to fulfill the commitments of Proposition H.
