The Rhodes College Vision outlines the institution's aspiration to graduate students with a lifelong passion for learning, compassion for others, and the ability to translate academic study into effective leadership and action. This vision is pursued through four strategic imperatives: Student Access, focusing on attracting and retaining a diverse student body; Student Learning, ensuring faculty and staff resources for meaningful study, research, and service; Student Engagement, enhancing learning opportunities in Memphis; and Student Inspiration, providing a residential learning environment that promotes integrity, achievement, and liberal arts values.
