It outlines an action plan for 2010-2020, prioritizing initiatives across land acquisition, park development and improvement, recreational and maintenance facilities, and supporting studies and plans. The plan aims to enhance the quality of life for citizens, meet target service levels, and prepare for future growth through strategic investments and diverse funding strategies.
