The plan aims to provide excellence and equity in instruction and programs, develop a highly-qualified world-class faculty and staff, ensure a state-of-the-art learning environment, focus expenditures on instruction with excellence in accounting, and provide excellence and equity in family and community programs. The overarching vision is to foster purposeful, engaging, and rigorous learning, build strong relationships, ensure fiscal responsibility, and maintain modern facilities to support student success.
