The agenda includes consideration of budget amendments, authorization to pay county bills, discussion of the 2020 taxable value estimate, possible approval of an order abandoning a portion of a public roadway, adoption of a resolution recognizing May 2020 as Elder Abuse Prevention Awareness Month, and a request to authorize a 90-day continuation of the Disaster Declaration. Other items involve rescinding previous actions on spending and hiring freezes, accepting a settlement offer for vehicle damage, approving the County Auditor's appointment, soliciting bids for road overlay, approving a final plat for a subdivision, and authorizing an interlocal agreement and contract amendments related to FEMA grants. The agenda also includes discussions on proposals for demolition services, grant management services, and environmental inspection services.

The Commissioners Court agenda includes consideration of various financial matters, such as approving registered claims, the cash statement, and county bills.
