The session was characterized as a 'Community Chat' focused on providing connection and sharing wisdom during a period of necessary sheltering in place due to a virus. Key discussion points included the speaker's personal experience with past crises, tips for finding positive outcomes amidst restrictions (such as long-postponed home projects and personal physical therapy), discussions about food purchasing and consumption habits (including specific recommendations for everything bagels and Harmony House dried vegetables), and logistical updates regarding canceled events like a trip to Deerfield Beach and a MAKE conference. The importance of maintaining weight or achieving weight loss goals during stressful times, even if slower than planned, was emphasized.
