The 2024-2027 Strategic Plan for Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology focuses on seven strategic directions to support the college's growth and mission. These include enhancing facilities for student attraction and retention; enhancing technology infrastructure; increasing enrollment, progression, and placement of under-resourced and under-represented students; ensuring financial sustainability and institutional stability; maintaining current and responsive curricula; developing new curricula and programs; and implementing a marketing plan for institutional distinctiveness. The plan outlines specific strategies and action steps for each direction, encompassing a holistic approach to college, community, and curriculum to ensure long-term success and an enriching educational experience for all students.
