The meeting commenced with the pledge of allegiance and the reading of the entity's mission and vision statements. Key agenda items included the approval of the revised meeting agenda and recognition segments. The Athletic Director presented on successful fall athletic teams, highlighting scholar athlete achievements across several sports including field hockey, cross country, soccer, volleyball, and golf, and recognized departing coaches. Following this, a spotlight was placed on the school counseling department of the intermediate school, honoring their extensive work and dedication, including a tribute to a deceased counselor, and recognizing five students who demonstrated substantial personal growth.

The meeting included a presentation from PTA and PTSA representatives, who highlighted their work in supporting schools and students, and requested a partnership with the board to sustain and strengthen these efforts. The discussion covered family and community engagement, equity and access, funding and resources, and extending learning beyond the classroom. The meeting also recognized students for their achievements.

The meeting included a presentation of climate survey data, covering surveys from elementary, intermediate, junior high, and high school students, as well as staff and parents. Key findings included strengths such as students having friends and supportive teachers, and areas for growth such as addressing bullying and harassment. The discussion also involved student feedback on engagement in learning, the importance of hands-on activities, and concerns about safety and bullying in specific locations.

The principal of the elementary school recognized staff and students for their leadership and contributions. The board also reviewed practicing priorities, including social-emotional learning, safety, and culturally responsive educational practices. The director of state data presented state testing data, including ELA, math, and science results, as well as regency exam data.

The meeting included discussions on a facilities and capital project update, focusing on phase five of the 2019 CAPO project and improvements to heating controls at the high school. There was also a presentation regarding the amended municipal cooperation agreement with Holster Orange Holster School District's health plan. Additionally, the board discussed goals for the coming year, including providing a safe and engaging learning environment, implementing new math and ELA curriculum, and reviewing data to increase state test scores.
