This Fire Master Plan for Sturgeon County Emergency Services (SCES) provides a comprehensive roadmap for the future of fire and emergency services from 2025 to 2045. It addresses key strategic pillars including Governance, Community Risk Assessment, Level of Service, Fire Leadership & Administration, Staffing, Response, Infrastructure, Apparatus & Equipment, Training, Wellness, Technology, and Financials. The plan identifies four key business typologies for development: an Aviation and Aerospace Center, an Eco Park, Anchor Innovation focusing on sustainable agriculture and agribusiness, and Air, Road, and Rail Enabled Warehousing and Logistics.
