The Glenpool Public Schools' 2023-2028 Strategic Plan focuses on three key goal areas: Student Growth and Success, Personnel, and Educational Provisions. The plan aims to increase student mastery of content standards through curriculum alignment and development, and a robust Response to Intervention (RtI) initiative. It also seeks to enhance college and career readiness by defining a "Profile of a Graduate," incorporating life-ready skills, and expanding career exploration programs. Positive student behavior will be promoted through trauma-informed instruction and parental outreach. To support student success, the plan addresses attracting, retaining, and developing personnel through formal recruitment and induction plans, and by fostering high-functioning professional learning communities (PLCs). Educational provisions will be improved by enhancing support for student groups, improving facilities and infrastructure, maintaining technology through a formal technology plan, and increasing community and stakeholder involvement. The plan emphasizes a collaborative approach, involving stakeholders in its development and implementation, and using data to monitor progress and make adjustments.
