The council ratified mayoral appointments to the Historic Preservation Commission, Public Engagement Commission, and Library Advisory Commission. They also accepted the October 2025 check register and authorized the City Manager to issue purchase orders to California Electric Supply for electrical switchgear related to the Goleta Valley Library Safety, ADA, and Building Improvements Project. Additionally, the council adopted amendments to Title 16 (Subdivisions) and Title 17 (Zoning) to implement state planning law and provide minor zoning changes.
