Old business focused on the process for new PAC member applications, leading to the approval of one new member and scheduling an interview for another interested applicant. New business centered on the motion to welcome the DRBA to the PAC, which passed despite concerns regarding bylaw compliance and jurisdictional representation. Reports from the police departments included updates on Rehoboth Beach achieving a perfect score on the Municipal Equality Index and efforts towards state accreditation, while Lewes reported on accreditation progress and addressing homelessness. The committee also discussed establishing official PAC email addresses for FOIA compliance.

The meeting included a presentation on the duties and responsibilities of Rehoboth Beach & Lewes Police PAC members, an overview of the Delaware Freedom of Information Act, and open meeting requirements. There was also a discussion regarding the process for new PAC member applications, which was postponed until the next meeting. The Rehoboth Beach & Lewes Police Departments provided reports related to issues in their jurisdictions. Public comments were heard, including inquiries about a recent incident involving firearms and concerns about increased distrust in the police.

This Construction and Operations Plan outlines the development of the Maryland Offshore Wind Project. The plan details the construction, operation, maintenance, and decommissioning of an offshore wind electric generating facility, encompassing offshore structures, inter-array and export cables, and onshore infrastructure. It adopts a project design envelope approach, allowing for up to 121 wind turbine generators, four offshore substations, and one meteorological tower. The primary objective is to provide offshore wind renewable energy to fulfill state and federal clean energy standards, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and create economic opportunities in the region.
