Verona Zoning Board of Adjustment Regular Meeting
The Board discussed the memorialization of a resolution regarding a property on Floyd Road and addressed concerns regarding a stop-work order issued on a residential renovation project. The applicant and their legal counsel presented information to argue that proposed changes, including attic dormers for an additional bedroom, were non-material and that prior modifications had been made in good faith. The discussion focused on procedural transparency, adherence to previously approved plans, and the financial impact of the stop-work order on the homeowners.
