The Board of Supervisors discussed and approved the Lakeland Village Sports Park project. This project includes the rehabilitation of existing baseball fields, the construction of a new restroom and concession facility, and hardscape improvements. The Board authorized a project budget not to exceed $5,000,000, funded entirely by the American Rescue Plan Act, and delegated project management authority to the Director of Facilities Management. The project was found to be exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.
