Action items include the approval of the LA SOMBRA Infrastructure Development Plan, approving a master software and service agreement between Erath EMS and Vector Solutions, allowing PCT 2 to clear a fence row and improve drainage along County Road 401, and approving the pay rate for a part-time position in the Agrilife Extension Office. The court will also review the December 2025 Treasurer's Report, approve invoices for payment, and discuss the burn ban. The meeting included updates on the ECHC Markers Committee, including submitted applications, text editing for an approved marker, and an inventory of existing signs. The ECHC Cemetery Preservation Committee provided updates on Mount Olive Cemetery Association and Plainview Cemetery. Updates were given on TxDOT Bridge Improvements and other active projects, such as the W.K. Gordon Museum and Research Center and the Voices of Community: Erath County Oral History Project. New business included a discussion on CHC name badges, ideas for Facebook collaboration, scanning at the Dublin Museum, and work on Dublin's original electric generating plant. Past and upcoming events were mentioned, including Dublin's Memorial Day celebration and support for America 250 projects.

The meeting included updates from the Markers Committee, including the status of submitted historical markers such as the New York Hill Bungalow Marker and the Hannibal Methodist Church marker. The committee is also working on updating text for the Harbin Markers and completing a County Marker Inventory. There were also discussions regarding finding homes for CR218 Duffau Creek and Bluff Dale bridges. An estimate was provided for name tags for members attending events.
