The meeting included a finance report, discussion of budget needs, and approval of expenses for Beacher printing and Momma Sues catering. There was a chair report on dinner arrangements and distribution of shirts for commissioners. Commissioners discussed Marty Corley picking up checks for the dinner for 3 students, participation in the national night out, having a table at pride fest, and a church event.

The meeting included discussions and approvals related to the Michigan City Riverboat fund claims docket. The committee reviewed claims for the leaport Chrysler Inc, the leaport county project, and rean rley constructions. There were questions regarding Riverboat receipts for the last year, comparing receipts from 2023 and 2024, and a discussion about encumbrances from 2024 and the budget for 2025.
