BoardCentral Carolina Technical College Area Commission Meeting Minutes
The meeting included the approval of a new Diagnostic Medical Sonography Degree program and the ratification of curriculum changes for the Medical Assisting program. The Commission reviewed financial updates, including revenue and expenditure trends, and approved tuition increases for the upcoming fiscal year, as well as a new student activity fee and the FY 2027 budget and capital projects. Reports were provided on student enrollment, the success of the TRIO Veterans Upward Bound program, recent workforce development grants, and updates on various campus infrastructure projects. Additionally, the commission elected new officers and recognized a member for their years of service.
