Zoning Board of Adjustment Zoning Board Of Adjustment Meeting
The board discussed a variance application for a residential home on a lot in a rural agricultural conservation zone. The applicant requested a variance because the lot lacked the required 50 feet of road frontage on a class 5 or better road, accessing the property instead via a private right-of-way named Roadhouse Road. The board reviewed the application for completeness, discussed the nature of the road access, the definition of private roads under local ordinances, and the applicant's plan for the home's placement and septic system. There were no opposing abutters present.
