BoardOtay Water District Board of Directors Sewer Rates
The Otay Water District Board of Directors approved a rate increase of 4.8%. The new sewer rates will be effective with bills mailed March 1, 2025. Residential customers are billed based on the average of their winter average consumption from the previous three years, reduced by 15%. Multi-Residential customers are billed similarly. Commercial customers are billed based on average annual consumption, meter size, and strength factor, also reduced by 15%.
