Bids for the West Columbia Dog Park were reviewed, and Southern Business was identified as the lowest responsible bidder. The council discussed and considered recommendations for establishing zoning classifications for multiple properties. The Accommodations Tax Committee's recommendations for funding allocations were reviewed and approved, with discussions regarding adjustments to funding for Riverbanks Zoo and a motion to amend funding for Connecticut Derby Day.
