The developments are Highlands Apartments, Crestview Village Apartments, Commons of Belton, Pevely Pointe Apartments, Delmar Divine Phase 2, Winston Churchill Apartments, Triton Pointe, Maplewood Loop Apartments, The Sanford B Ladd School Redevelopment Project, 9th and Central, Benton Apartments, The Greens at Grandview, Pinewood Place Apartments and Promise Place.

Its primary goal is to incentivize the creation and maintenance of quality, market-appropriate affordable housing to strengthen Missouri communities. Key priorities include promoting nonprofit involvement, supporting Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDO), and addressing specific housing needs through set-asides for Permanent Supportive Housing and Vulnerable Persons. The Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC) will administer $45 million in federal funds through the HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) American Rescue Plan (ARP) program. The plan prioritizes affordable rental housing development for ELI households (60%), non-congregate shelters (12%), supportive services (7%), nonprofit operating funds (3%), and nonprofit capacity building funds (3%). MHDC provides statewide assistance and will allocate funds based on project eligibility, feasibility, and benefit to qualifying populations.
