Grandview Heights Board Of Zoning Appeals Board Of Zoning Appeals Meeting
The board discussed a variance request for a property located on Wyandotte Road concerning a fence installation. The applicant sought permission to construct a 6-foot fence in the side yard that extends to the front of the main building, which deviates from standard zoning code regulations. Following a staff report and board deliberation regarding aesthetic impacts and neighborhood character, the board approved the variance with specific conditions, ensuring the fence does not extend into the front yard, excludes the front porch from the increased height, and maintains a perpendicular alignment to the street.
