The PCOM 2025: Path to Greater Excellence strategic plan, launched in January 2021, aimed to advance the institution towards greater excellence. The plan focused on six key goals: enhancing student success, securing sustainable clinical experiences, fostering technological innovation in pedagogy and practice, optimizing organizational infrastructure, diversifying revenue streams, and embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion across all aspects of the institution. Its vision was to position graduates for a competitive marketplace, expand educational and clinical opportunities, leverage technology, create a thriving environment, strengthen financial resources, and improve community engagement.
