The strategic plan focuses on empowering students to design and pursue a purposeful life and meaningful career through the Epic Journey program. Key areas include career and personal discernment, experiential opportunities such as internships and research, and building connections through alumni and classroom visits. The plan also emphasizes community engagement, innovation, environmental leadership, global health, social justice, and global education to prepare students for leadership roles and engagement in a globally interconnected world.
