The Board discussed and voted on the approval of bond invoices for payment, specifically reviewing invoices from BCA and the legal firm Kronick Moskovitz Tiedemann & Girard. The discussion covered project progress, the status of schematic designs, and the necessity of maintaining a professional working relationship with contractors.

The committee reviewed the current 2012 Bond financials and examined the timeline for remaining projects, including the completion of an art building, student lunch structure, and site paving.
