The board conducted a public hearing to review and vote on rent adjustment petitions and requests for certificates of eviction for several manufactured housing communities. The board unanimously approved requested rent increases for Live Oaks Village and Leisurewoods Rockland after determining that rental increase conditions were satisfied. Additionally, the board unanimously approved requests for certificates of eviction for four specific residential properties.

The Select Board recognized a volunteer with the Rockland's Best Award and held a public hearing regarding a liquor license category change for Space Bistro. New staff introductions were made for the Health Agent and Sewer Superintendent roles. The Board approved several annual and new appointments to various town committees and boards. Additionally, the Board approved a waiver for a housing rehabilitation project cost requirement and discussed and approved adjusted operating hours for licensed establishments during upcoming international soccer events. The Town Administrator provided updates on the state budget, municipal grants, and upcoming community workshops and observances.

The meeting included the approval of a one-day liquor license for Rockland Day, the reappointment of a constable, and the appointment of new members to the Board of Registrars. The Town Administrator provided a report covering the receipt of a federal grant for the Wastewater Treatment Plant, progress updates on the Fire Station project, and the upcoming demolition of the Lincoln School.
