Tecs North Land Trust Meeting Minutes
The meeting included introductions and approval of the minutes from the previous meeting in January 2025. The committee appointed a chair and vice chair for the 2025-2026 school year and adopted the Rules of Order and Procedure. Members discussed and filled out Conflict of Interest Statements and watched the LAND Trust training video. The School Safety Plan was discussed, including entrance security measures like a locked-down entrance, a new safety kiosk, and an updated camera system. The team explored stationing someone at the main entrance throughout the school day. Technology use and digital citizenship protocols were reviewed, including student education through CTE classes and potential parent meetings. Data from the 2024-2025 school year was reviewed, and emails/phone numbers were collected for the membership form.
