The Commission appointed an ad hoc committee to develop responses to the Grand Jury Report regarding the Santa Cruz Branch Rail Line. Additionally, a contract was approved with HDR Engineering, Inc. for the Project Approval and Environmental Documentation phase of the Coastal Rail Trail Southern Segments Project. Finally, the commission authorized the issuance of $70 million in Measure D Sales Tax Revenue Bonds to support Highway and Active Transportation investment categories.
