The board discussed and approved the new Classification and Retribution Plan for employees as authorized by the Fiscal Oversight Board. They also approved the contracting of professional services from Netxar Technologies, Inc. for specialized information systems support and approved an amendment to a financing agreement with the Clean Water State Revolving Fund to incorporate grant funding for the Aguas Buenas-Caguas Sanitary Trunk project. Additionally, the board received a report on financial results as of the end of December 2025 and conducted an executive session.

The meeting focuses on the consideration and decision-making for professional services contracts, specifically regarding consortium services for project management of the AAA Capital Improvement Program and services for billing, invoice printing, and correspondence distribution. Additionally, the agenda includes a session regarding the development of an agreement for a renewable energy project and electrical wheeling under Regulation 9374 of the Energy Bureau.
