Wesleyan University Strategic Plan 2031
Wesleyan University's strategic plan, "Towards Wesleyan's Bicentennial," focuses on enhancing its distinctive educational program by strengthening connections between liberal and lifelong learning, promoting diversity and inclusion, and fostering intellectual diversity and freedom of speech. It aims to build on its reputation as a leader in pragmatic liberal education by highlighting its distinctiveness, establishing itself as a hub for engagement and innovation, and strengthening connections with alumni. The plan also addresses financial sustainability by reducing reliance on tuition, diversifying revenue streams, growing the endowment, and supporting financial aid to enhance access for low- and middle-income students.
