Key strategic directions include ensuring the success of French-speaking minority students, promoting the well-being of students and staff, fostering growth, awareness, and community engagement, and strengthening board governance.

Ce plan stratégique, couvrant la période 2023-2026, vise à établir le Conseil Scolaire Francophone Provincial (CSFP) comme un organisme offrant une éducation de la plus haute qualité à ses élèves et un environnement de travail exemplaire pour ses employés, tout en reflétant les valeurs de la communauté francophone de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador. Les quatre directions stratégiques principales sont la réussite des élèves de la minorité francophone, le bien-être des étudiants et du personnel, la croissance, la sensibilisation et l'engagement communautaire, et la gouvernance du Conseil d'Administration. L'objectif est d'assurer l'épanouissement de la Francophonie provinciale par l'amélioration des ressources, des infrastructures scolaires et l'intégration de programmes préscolaires.
