Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga BOCES Re-Organizational Meeting
The board conducted its annual reorganization, during which it elected a new President and Vice President and appointed key administrative positions including the Treasurer, Deputy Treasurer, Clerk, Purchasing Agent, Legal Counsel, and Internal Claims Auditor. The meeting included the designation of official bank depositories and the official newspaper for the year, as well as the appointment of various compliance and safety officers, such as the FOIL, Title IX, Section 504, HIPAA, and testing integrity officers. Furthermore, the board re-adopted existing policies, re-established financial reserves, set the schedule for upcoming meetings, and authorized operational procedures regarding budget transfers, vendor payroll certifications, conference attendance, and the disposal of obsolete property.
