The council discussed and made resolutions on several topics, including updates to the Neighbourhood Community Associations Policy, the review of the 2026-2030 Financial Plan, and amendments to previous financial plan bylaws. Council also approved 2026 Grant in Aid allocations for various community organizations, received reports on the Community Safety and Well-Being Plan and the Main City Software Platform, and supported the implementation of a base licensing program for commercial boat launches. Additionally, council addressed zoning amendments for short-term rentals, Housing Accelerator Fund pre-approved building designs, modifications to traffic and bylaw enforcement bylaws, a traffic calming request for Gossett Road, and the renewal of the Glen Canyon Regional Park joint management agreement.
