This strategic plan outlines four primary goals to enhance institutional effectiveness. Key objectives include providing an overall quality experience in customer service, student engagement, and instructional services; establishing and maintaining supportive relationships with area stakeholders to meet diverse community needs; developing strategies to enhance enrollment management and increase retention, completion, and graduation rates; and offering accessible, relevant, and responsive educational programs to develop a trained workforce that meets current and future business and industry demands.
