Davis Justice Center. The commission also awarded a bid for a new drone for the EMA department and executed property agreements for a park project.

The commission held discussions on various topics including the EMA director selection process and appointed Rita Smith to the position. There were deliberations regarding the Loachapoka Community Center being deemed unsafe and the subsequent relocation of voting sites for upcoming elections. Additionally, the commission addressed concerns regarding the condition of Lee Road 246, renewed a lodging tax revenue agreement, reviewed and approved updates to subdivision regulations, and authorized the donation of material to support school and recreation ballfields. Furthermore, the commission approved participation in a recycling grant program and updated the Flood Damage Prevention Resolution in compliance with FEMA requirements.
