Board of County Commissioners of the County of Somerset Regular Meeting
The board discussed several items, including recognition of ALS Awareness Month, designation of Emergency Medical Services Week, and various appointments. The commissioners authorized the receipt of bids for several bridge rehabilitation and replacement projects. Additionally, the board approved grant applications for the Victims of Crime Act program and the TRANSCAER Hazmat Team Response Fund. They awarded a contract for a bridge replacement project and approved a consultant modification for a road resurfacing and ADA compliance program. Finally, the board amended a resolution concerning guide rail and guide rail parts cooperative pricing.
