Connecticut Housing Finance Authority Board Of Directors Meeting
The Board discussed various business matters including the Qualified Allocation Plan, an audit, and a multifamily developer forum. Additionally, the Board received a report on the legislative session and reviewed several financing and tax credit reservation items. Resolutions were passed for the financing of a housing development in Wallingford, the establishment of a General Homeownership Loan Program Downpayment Assistance Program, and the reservation of federal low-income housing tax credits for projects in Cromwell, Farmington, Hartford, Naugatuck, and New Britain. An update on the Mobile Manufactured Homes Program was also provided.
