BoardYarmouth Town Council Special Meeting
The Council conducted elections for the Chair and Vice Chair positions and adopted the Town Council Rules. A slate of committee, board, delegate, and liaison appointments was approved. The Town Manager provided updates on the bond sale results, progress on the Royal River Pump Station project, and the acquisition of the Sligo Road Pole Yard from Central Maine Power. Liquor licenses were approved for three local businesses. Additionally, the Council set due dates and interest penalties for property tax and sewer bills for the 2027 fiscal year and approved the appropriation of funds from various municipal reserve accounts.
