This 2025-2030 Strategic Plan for Roxbury Community College aims to transform public higher education by focusing on five core priorities: Purpose, People, Place, Programs, and Partnerships (the 5Ps). The meeting addressed various topics, including concerns raised during public comment regarding partnerships, athletic events, facility access, and staff diversity. Committee reports covered human resources, including new hires and an annual report; administration and finance, including an A-133 audit report and fee increases; institutional advancement, focusing on the Reggie Lewis Center Advisory Committee and the Roxbury Community College Foundation; and academic and student affairs, covering curriculum innovation, open educational resources, and nursing accreditation. The meeting concluded with an executive session.

The board meeting covered various topics including an executive session, public comment, human resources (introduction of new employees), president's report (COVID-19 update), institutional effectiveness, academics and student life (enrollment analysis), administration and finance (financial statements, FY21 budget modifications, FY22 tuition and fees, foundation, and resolutions), and a consent agenda.
