BoardNorwalk Planning and Zoning Commission Regular Meeting
The commission reviewed and approved the Final Plat for Holland Pointe Plat 5, submitted by Hubbell Realty Company, which includes 24 single-family residential lots, an outlot for future development, and an extension of Waller Avenue. The approval is subject to standard city code requirements and the condition that the final four building permits will be withheld until a secondary emergency access is constructed. Additionally, a Community Development update was provided regarding an upcoming Council Work Session focused on housing types and high-density residential development.
