The meeting includes completeness reviews and public hearings for various bulk variance and use variance applications. New business topics feature a proposed township ordinance to define and prohibit data centers in all zoning districts and a master plan consistency review. The board will also review resolutions regarding existing bulk variances, memorialize reports on land use ordinances, evaluate zoning permit reports, and authorize a professional service agreement for a master plan re-examination. Additionally, reports from the environmental and economic development committees are on the agenda.

The committee discussed the PIG application for 2027 and resolved to continue participation. Members reviewed and approved a 2026 budget request of $2,000.00 to account for rising costs, including potential expenditures for promotional items for township events. Other discussions included the potential for raffling items at Pittsgrove Day, the status of the Stephens and JWP applications, the necessity of a new land appraisal, and the availability of the 2026 calendar for residents.

The committee held its reorganization meeting, which included the appointment of the Chair and Vice-Chair, as well as the confirmation of alternate members. The committee approved the scheduled meeting dates for the upcoming year and discussed new business regarding the design of T-shirts for a township event. Member comments addressed the availability of the annual calendar, and the committee reviewed a public application regarding farmland classification, tillable minimum requirements, and the impact of new wetland regulations.

The committee discussed planning for the upcoming Oktoberfest and town-wide yard sale events. Significant time was dedicated to organizing the Easter Egg Scramble at Green Branch Park, including logistics for volunteers, sponsorship, entertainment, and age-group coordination. Additionally, the committee finalized arrangements for the Pittsgrove Community Weekend, including the hiring of musical entertainment, addressing permit requirements for food sales, and coordinating vendor activities and community organization participation.

The meeting agenda includes discussions on the Egg Scramble under old business. New business focuses on the Pittsgrove Community Weekend 2026, covering vendor hiring, procurement of event amenities such as port-a-potties and tents, sponsorship status, food truck payments, parade updates, t-shirt production, 5K planning, American Bounce arrangements, signage, golf cart rentals, and car show preparations.
