The Special Magistrate conducted hearings on several code enforcement cases, issuing rulings that included the assessment of administrative costs and defined timelines for property compliance. One case was granted a dismissal based on compliance.

The Audit Committee meeting involved the review and recommendation of several key financial and operational reports, including the FY25 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report, an external quality control review, a PCI process audit, and a facilities management audit. Additionally, the committee received the City Auditor's quarterly update and recommended that the City Commission accept these reports and associated audit findings.

The board discussed the status of the Streatery project, including funding sources and the potential reuse of construction materials. The meeting also addressed the election of the board's Chair and Vice-Chair. Additionally, the board deliberated on and approved the petition for the Magnolia Parke Pods C-F project, following a review of staff presentations and consideration of public comments regarding traffic, site accessibility, and development concerns.

The board adopted the meeting agenda and reviewed a specific application for disability retirement. Following the presentation and discussion of the application, the board voted to approve the request for disability retirement.
