The meeting primarily addressed concerns surrounding Project Flex and the broader regulation of data centers within residential areas. Key discussion topics included the necessity for rigorous special land use standards for large-scale developments, the validity of sound studies, and the environmental and safety impacts of such projects, including noise, water usage, and emergency services.
