The board discussed and approved short-term rental conditional use permit renewals and a new application for a short-term rental. A presentation was made regarding easement changes within the County Airport Property for the Town of Manila's Sewer Distribution Project. Public hearings were held to consider and accept the Accessory Dwelling Unit Ordinance and updates to the commercial and industrial zone code, both of which were forwarded to the County Commissioners. The board also discussed flood plain management, forwarded updated Planning and Zoning Bylaws for county attorney review, reviewed building permit reports, and addressed ongoing land use violations.
