Finally, the legislature adopted the Yates County Policy for Property Damage Insurance Claim Process, Procedures & Guidelines, and authorized the Chair to sign amendments regarding contracts with C & S Engineers and an Inter-Municipal Agreement for a Tri-County Paint Truck.
