Cologne Academy Annual Report & Comprehensive Achievement and Civic Readiness Plan 2025-2026
The 2025-2026 Annual Report & Comprehensive Achievement and Civic Readiness Plan for Cologne Academy fulfills Minnesota Statute requirements by integrating an annual report and a Comprehensive Achievement and Civic Readiness Plan (CACR). It outlines a vision to create a content-rich learning environment and a mission to prepare scholars for academic success through excellence in literacy by integrating the Core Knowledge Sequence. The plan is built upon cornerstones of Individual Student Achievement, Character Development, Enriched Curriculum, Parental Involvement, and Low Student to Teacher Ratio. Key strategic goals, aligned with World's Best Workforce goals, focus on ensuring school readiness for all children, closing racial and economic achievement gaps, preparing students for career and college, promoting high school graduation, and fostering lifelong learning. The plan emphasizes continuous improvement, effective financial and operational management, strong stakeholder engagement, and ongoing board development.
