Strategic Plan 2025-2026
This strategic plan for Diversity and Inclusive Excellence is structured around four core themes. It aims to establish a sustainable, mission-driven infrastructure through foundational outcomes by developing appropriate structures, procedures, policies, resources, and assessment. The plan seeks to enhance compositional diversity by recruiting, retaining, and developing a diverse community of students, faculty, staff, and administrators. It also focuses on fostering a healthy and welcoming campus climate where all members feel a sense of belonging. Furthermore, the plan intends to advance educational outcomes by developing innovative programs and supporting teaching and scholarship that promote diversity, inclusive excellence, and cultural intelligence.
