Simmons University Strategic Plan 2023-2027

Simmons University's strategic plan, "Building Our Future," addresses challenges faced by many private universities, including declining enrollment and the need for increased revenue. The plan focuses on leveraging assets, building a better financial model, creating a positive campus culture, and establishing four centers of excellence: Student Excellence, Academic Excellence, Operational Excellence, and Inclusive Excellence. These centers will focus on improving student outcomes, enhancing academic offerings, strengthening operations, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. The overall goal is to ensure the long-term financial stability and success of the university while maintaining its commitment to gender equity and its mission.
