Millsaps College Strategic Plan 2022-2027

The Millsaps College Destination 2027 strategic plan focuses on five key goals: enhancing academic excellence through experiential learning and career preparation; improving the student experience across all aspects of college operations; fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable community; strengthening community engagement through academic discourse rooted in Wesleyan values; and increasing the endowment and generating new revenue streams. The plan aims to produce informed, creative, and versatile citizens prepared for careers and civic engagement, dedicated to lifelong learning and service.
