This document, an Infrastructure Overview, describes the Branching Minds offering designed to support districts in creating a new or revising an existing Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) handbook. The plan outlines a multi-session process focused on solidifying MTSS understanding, aligning district MTSS goals, and developing an actionable, comprehensive MTSS handbook. It also includes the creation of a 2-3 year implementation and communication plan to operationalize the MTSS framework, aiming to transition from a transactional approach to a transformational one for an inclusive, equitable, and positive learning environment.

This document is a participant activity guide for an infrastructure session focused on implementation planning for Ellenville CSD's Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework.
